The 4th Annual Bierock Fundraiser is here, February 18-24! You can support the outreach ministry of Fairmount Ministries & Coffee Co. by ordering bierocks by the dozen, signing up to volunteer, or support the event by donating cash or product to offset the cost of supplies! Proceeds raised go directly to support our outreach efforts, which include bible studies and discussion groups, outreach & fellowship events, mission trips & service projects, and help fund the staff that make our ministry happen.

  • $35 per dozen (includes sales tax)

  • Pick up your orders between the designated times Monday (2/19) - Saturday (2/24) at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Wichita

  • Bierocks are made FRESH daily by Holy Cross Lutheran member, Ashley Mayes, and our volunteers!

*While we are a 501(c)(3), the State of Kansas requires non-profits to collect tax on fundraisers and events where goods or services are traded. Sales tax is included in the pricing.

Bulk Orders of 10 dozen or more are available at a discounted rate (10% off), while supplies last. The cost for bulk orders are (sales tax included):​

  • 10 dozen for $315

  • 15 dozen for $472.50

  • 20 dozen for $630

Event Volunteer
There are several shifts* with a variety of times between February 18-24.
We need approximately 10-15 volunteers a day to make the Bierock Fundraiser for Fairmount Ministries & Coffee Co. a huge success! We are seeking volunteers for the following:
- Simple food prep and clean-up
- "Carhops" for curbside delivery

*Shifts average 3-3.5 hrs.
You may sign up for more than one shift if you would like! Sign up for one or several during the week!
If you can not work the whole shift, please note that in the comments when signing up so we can plan accordingly.

Would you or your company like to support the cause? Donations to help offset the cost of supplies for the event are welcomed and appreciate. If you are not a licensed food vendor or grocer and would like to donate products, please contact the office at 316-393-6180 (Karen).
We have some parameters around the types of ingredients we use so that we can ensure the
best-tasting product!
